Che Metcalfe

Illustration of Che Metcalfe seated with an acoustic guitar.

I’m Che. My work brings together music, teaching and practical technology projects.

I’m building Guitarso to help people learn guitar, Scout to bring clarity to the job search, and FlyerDrop to make local flyer campaigns easier to manage.

SomaOS is where I share these projects and the ideas behind them — a growing collection of things I’m making, exploring and learning along the way.

Guitarso

Charcoal and watercolour illustration of an acoustic guitar beside a chair and music notebook.

I’m developing Guitarso around a simple idea: learn guitar by making music. Practical, encouraging tuition for beginners, with room to build confidence and enjoy playing.

Little Worlds

A growing collection of small, whimsical games. Drift through clouds, guide a lantern-lit ferry or stack treats at a woodland bakery—simple pleasures for a little break from the everyday.

Technology & SomaOS

I’m interested in technology and what we can build with it — from software and AI to robotics and nanotechnology.

My current projects focus on everyday needs: learning something new, finding work and reaching a local audience. I’ll keep adding to this space as new ideas take shape.
